DRAWING EXPORT

Scaled vector Plan

Export the active level using its current Plan layers. The complete rendered Plan is centred on one sheet at the scale you choose.

Geometry is scaled; symbols, line weights and reference envelopes remain schematic. Missing or unmodelled parts remain unassessed. Selection and the screen grid are excluded.

Open the SVG in a viewer or drawing editor. Print on the stated paper at actual size / 100%, with fit/shrink and headers disabled. Measure the 50 mm calibration bar before using printed dimensions.

DRAWING EXPORT

Scaled site concept sheet

Export the separate site boundary, pool, shed, fence, gate, driveway and landscape concept as a vector review sheet. The external annotation panel keeps measurements and notes outside the drawing.

Default 1:750 keeps the full 5 ha working boundary and annotation panel on A2. Use A1 at 1:500 when a closer concept scale is needed. This is not a surveyed set-out or approval drawing.

DRAWING SET

Multi-level Plan sheets

Choose the levels to cover. Each selected level receives its own vector SVG at the same physical paper size and scale; no level is silently cropped, merged or rescaled.

Levels in this set

All enabled Plan layers and service opacity are carried into every level sheet. Missing or unmodelled parts remain unassessed. Each SVG includes a 50 mm calibration bar; browser download permission may be requested for multiple files.

DRAWING SET

Floor and wall layout pages

Export dedicated local review pages for the raised floor and subfloor joist centres, followed by one measured layout page for each individual wall and its doors/windows.

Pages to include

Layout pages are schematic geometry for local coordination. Verify spans, member sizes, bracing, tie-downs, fixings, clearances and construction details against the adopted Australian references and project conditions.

Elevation drawings

Four orthographic views from model axes. House views include recorded walls, openings, floors, decks, stairs and roofs, regardless of Plan overlays. Complex intersections and omitted construction details need review. SVGs are not to a specified paper scale.

Bathroom / ensuite wet-area details

Room-specific preliminary coordination sheets show fixture zones, nominal falls, waterproofing review boundaries and an indicative section. Confirm finished levels, membranes, penetrations, ventilation, thresholds and product systems against the adopted requirements and qualified design.

Energy-efficiency screening

This is an early design-screening calculator, not a NatHERS simulation, NCC compliance result or certification. Confirm the site climate zone and have the finished design assessed through the applicable pathway. NCC 2022 residential requirements and state adoption must be checked for the project.

Design measures included

Reference: NCC Part J1 and NatHERS. Confirm current state or territory adoption and the responsible assessor pathway.

BC DESIGN · DRAFT MATERIAL PLANNING

Stock-length allocation

Enter measured flat-ended pieces and candidate stock lengths. No model geometry is converted to fabrication cuts or changed.

Scope and Australian reference guidance

Up to 32 plans, 100 demand/stock rows per plan, 1000 pieces and 1000 candidate bars per plan. Lengths up to 1,000,000 mm with up to three decimals. Blank required dimensions keep the whole plan pending. Each plan remains independent of building takeoffs and other stock plans.

Business Queensland construction timber guidance and WoodSolutions flooring specification guidance were checked 27 October 2026 for product/specification review context. No numeric code requirement, supplier stock, suitability or compliance is inferred.

Member end-cut / mitre references

Independent full-face end-plane studies for recorded horizontal rectangular house floor members. No source geometry or takeoff deductions.

Modelling limits

256 studies; source length/width/depth up to1,000,000mm; coordinates/elevation within±1e9mm; centre setbacks0–1,000,000mm; plane slope angles±80°. Every longitudinal corner edge must remain at least0.001mm. Arithmetic boundary epsilon1e-6mm is not a site tolerance. Full-face end planes only: no notches, holes, profiles, kerf, machine setup, joint fit, capacity or purchase approval.

Plate and fastener references

Measured envelopes with explicit project dimensions. Empty inputs stay unassessed; saved members and manual fitting quantities are unchanged.

Scope and source

Plate bodies are rectangular; shanks are straight circular cylinders with flat ends (24 drawing facets, analytic volume). No holes, heads, threads, washers, bending, joint cuts, automatic attachment, embedment or capacity checks. Intersections and duplicates are not deducted. Limits:128 assemblies,64 shanks per assembly,1024 shanks per project. Sizes0.001–1,000,000mm; coordinates/elevations±1,000,000,000mm,local offsets±1,000,000mm,yaw±360°,tilt±90°.

Simpson Strong-Tie Australia connector fastener guidance checked27October2026 supports recording exact fastener/connector and installation evidence. No product, load rule or numerical fixing criterion is selected.
